The Capstone Group was formed in 2003 after a management buyout of one of Monster Worldwide’s business units that focused on regional recruitment in Asia and skilled and technical recruitment worldwide in what was known as the Global Sourcing Center.  Building on our recruitment roots, the Capstone Group has added services in areas, such as, outsourcing, psychometric testing, HR consulting, training, and corporate governance.
