In order to meet the evolving needs of our clients, The Capstone Group has begun to enhance its business offerings. We are currently setting up a Corporate Board Building, Due Diligence and Project Development practice to further assist our clients with their senior management needs.
An effective board is a powerful corporate asset. Building a board comprised of the right people with an ability to focus on important issues is vital to the success of any growing corporation. Efforts in this practice area can include appraising the performance of an entire board (or individual members), restructuring a board to meet the changing needs of a company, building a board from scratch in advance of a public offering, and internationalizing an existing board.
Project development means more than simply putting together the right clients, vendors and investors. High end project development is a visionary process, one of shared values, well-defined performance goals and a mutual commitment to achieve these ends. If well constructed, existing relationships will be deepened and new opportunities revealed throughout the project implementation process.
Using global resources, The Capstone Group plans to conduct in-depth and timely research about the business history, resources, credentials and reputation of the parties involved in various business transactions. In Asia a complete due diligence study will include more than research on financial information and interviews with target company executives. The process must also include discussions with industry experts and even competitors, augmented by background checks and internet data mining.
