We offer three main HR Consulting services.  The Capstone Group helps our clients create job competency profiles and performance management systems.  We can also deliver highly focused salary surveys and competitive benchmarking studies.  Lastly, we can help our clients improve on their selection of top performers through training using our proprietary selection model.   

The Capstone Group can help create Job and Competency Profiles for clients as a first step in implementing talent and performance management systems.  We use a robust methodology to first understand the holistic aspects of a particular position and speak with a 360 degree view to determine if all the parties have a similar understanding of the position and work on resolving any differences we find.  Once we have completed the competency profiles, we assist HR and senior management to determine what gaps exist and develop a talent acquisition program to fills these essential shortcomings. 

Building on a our extensive research capabilities, our HR Consulting practice delivers focused salary surveys that provide ground truth on what our clients’ competitors are really offering to their key employees.  We combine available data with in-depth analysis combed from in-person interviews to provide our statistics.  Our studies have the advantage of addressing what key employees are earning instead of an average figure provide by most HR departments during generic salary surveys and do not suffer from inflated reporting.  Our surveys can be easily tailored across geographic boundaries to provide our clients with information for all of their locations.
