The Capstone Group offers a Transition Acceleration Program (TAP) that is designed to help mid-to-senior managers identify and create an action plan that will help them overcome the traditional pitfalls that most managers face when transitioning into a new position.  Our program relies heavily on the research of several well known subject matter experts and will cover the various issues facing new managers and leaders. 

We also conduct outplacement training seminars that help out-going employees cope with the loss of their job and give them the tools to identify their career direction and successfully get new meaningful work.
